What I Am Noticing

The sweeping clarity of polarity in human life was very demanding in March and will likely continue through June. This month will bring openings and endings sometimes simultaneously. It's the internal awareness of what is in your highest alignment that offers you discernment.

This has shown itself to me through very sticky patterns surfacing that are clearly not mine or do not originate with the being that I am. Yet, I have the capacity to notice them and release them despite their tenancity and origin. None of this has been easy or simple. It has required deep consideration of what I am willing to face. That willingness shifts regularly.

Where We Are Headed Collectively

As the shadows come into focus we will be faced with varying degrees of consideration. Questions like "How do I contribute to/perpetuate/co-author my experience?" and "Am I willing to see myself and my capacity?" are places to start exploring.

Whether or not this is understood by the collective, the frequency of consideration at this very deep level is gaining strength and amplitude. 

This will cause many people to react verses face themselves allowing the response to self first. It will also demand a present awareness to adequately consider what is occuring within you. This takes practice, like most things, and those who have been at it awhile will likely create lots of momentum for their desired experience/understanding of what the human experience can actually be. 

For those new to this type of energy, it could be experienced in the body as fatigue, feeling wired or manifest as more serious health issues depending on the response to the body's signals. Even for seasoned experts, the body will have something to say.

These are precedent setting times. A direct impact will be felt at the individual and collective levels. Utilizing the impact as a way to deeply center is one way to stay with ourselves consequently benefitting others.
