What I Am Noticing
June was the month of the great descent. Mythologies of Inanna and Sedna came into my awareness. The archetypical experience of shedding deep unspoken wounds. Returning to the world from a place of reclaimed power and ownership, both goddesses became who they actually were designed to be. As I worked through stuff beyond lineage, more along the lines of human patterns, I found buried pain that needed release with no words. As I traced back as far as I could, the cognition became almost obsolete. I realized the origin did not matter, instead it was a distraction. Knowledge became empty of information and the only choice was to feel the experience. And that's when the miracle happened. I found myself in the middle of excruciating pain observing, "hey, look at that, I CAN feel this". Slowly the pain started to subside.
Where We Are Headed Collectively
There's something about sticking with something long enough to know when it's time to cut bait or when it's time to push a little harder. The June experience is what the collective is currently navigating. As things continue to spin out of control in the external world, all we truly have is our determination and discernment to navigate from. This requires transparency with yourself. It also means allowing others to support and encourage you when you want and need it. Tons of bogus how tos fill the information highways about getting out of your comfort zone. While on the surface that may be true, if there is no relationship with self, how do you know whether or not you are comfortable? This is why our bodies are so very important. They are signaling to us all the time. When we relate to them from a place of true interest, curiosity and care, navigation starts to feel more easeful. And the only way to build that relationship is to enter into the uncomfortable (as well as the comfortable) parts of ourselves and observe.
